what does "main program" mean next to your college on amcas?

i went to a 4 year uni, but took a single class at a CC while in highschool, however, next to both institutions it says "main program". what does this mean? i didn't do the "main program" at my CC. i only took a class there.

Your major. You can put the same at the CC as you have at Uni, as the CC course was in support of the major

im a bit confused. i have two schools under where it says "education" on my app. It states "name of my 4 year uni - main program" then under than it states "name of CC i took a class in - main program". What does the main program part mean? Sorry i'm not understanding correctly.
