what does PHI4 mean?

Hey guys,

I was wondering. I recently got accepted to work as a tech. at walgreens pharmacy and i was wondering what "PHI4" meant? I know it has to do something with the pay rate but how much exactly is that? does anyone know.

In Walgreens lingo that is equivalent to what is called a P-2 at most schools. The pay rate depends on where you live.
I'm a P-3, and so, I am a PHI5.

It depends per state as each state has different requirements for interns and different pay rates. From reading this board, the average pay is between $10-$15.
