What does "Received/Application Complete" REALLY mean?

My VCU status just changed from Received/Under Review to Received/Application Complete on AADSAS. What does that actually mean? Have they made a decision either way -- wouldn't it be changed to Invited for Interview or Application Rejected if that were the case?? Or does it just mean they're sitting on my application for a while??

I wish AADSAS defined these statuses, they're so vague....

That happened to me for UoP.
I think we should ignore AADSAS. I don't trust it.

Yeah, I think half of the schools I applied to aren't showing up in the school decisions section. Go figure.
