What does the abbreviation "PIC" stand for in retina?

While doing a chart review, I came across this assessment:

"PIC w/CNVM OD--repeat PDT."

I've seen enough notes to know that the rest says "choroidal neovascular membrane, right eye--repeat photodynamic therapy," but I'm unfamiliar with the abbreviation "PIC."

Can someone fill me in?
