the dentist I’ve been shadowing for three years hasn’t ever written a LOR before. Told me to give him a run down of what a “strong, enthusiastic” letter looks like. I’m not great with words, and rather give him an idea than make a draft. Any suggestions?

I didn’t get to see my LOR, but I would imagine something along the lines of showing interest by asking questions and doing research on the procedures after seeing them during shadowing. Showing dedication by being on time and being consistent with shadowing the same clinician. Interacting with the office staff and patients on occasion with respect and kindness. Things like that.
