so i was submitting LORs to the medical school i applied early decision to and I noticed that there is this prompt over here, i am just wonderign do I leave it empty? Does everyoen who apply through Early deicion receive this prompt? Shoudl i be worried?

Idk what to do

EDIT: btw i received their secondaries but this school is not exactly known for screening ppl when giving out seondaries
