I'm starting my Junior year in college, and the classes that I am gonna be taking are:

Organic Chem 1, Physics 2, Programming 1, Math Statistics.

I'm trying to concentrate on getting a lot of my major out of the way while I can. I'll be very lucky if I'm a quarter of the way ready for the MCAT come next April. :luck:

Best part about next semester is classes are all Tu/Th. Four day weekends, w00t! Finally graduating, too. I'm just not sure if I should take 12 or 15 units. These are all senior level courses.

Molecular Biology (3)
Advances in Molecular Medicine (3)
Medical Physics (3)

Youre bragging about no Friday classes?!? Try no Monday OR Friday classes!!! 😀 And only a lab on Wednesday... that's the good life

yeah, i had that option, too... but in the end its all going to be the same, ill end up going to like 2 days of class a week anyway

Yeah I'll have to be sure not to put off studying until Tuesday and not be lazy. I've never had this kind of schedule. One part that sucks is I get out of class, have 15 minutes to hall ass to the opposite side of campus. Then have to do the same thing again once I get out of that class.

Heading into sophomore year in fall...

OChem2
Physics1 + Lab
Biotechnology (Ethics in society)
Argumentative Writing
Survey of Astronomy
TI for Bio Lab

All on Mon, Wed, Fri. 🙂

Fun, fun, fun....
Good luck with your classes :luck:

Statistics
Organic Chem 1
Intro to Literature (upper-level Spanish class)
Intro to Chinese History 😛

EDIT: I forgot my Modern Dance 1 class (my school has a PE requirement). I'm also in band and private clarinet lessons, technically classes, although I don't feel they are (I have to register for these with my other classes and I get a grade on my transcript for them, regardless whether or not I take them for credit 🙄 ).

Will be starting Junior year....
Elementary Spanish
General Physics + Lab
Infectious Diseases
Biochem
Evolution
African-American Literature

well, I must say, I am really jealous of those that have a 4 day weekend 🙄 I'll be going 4 days a week, oh joy! :meanie:

Gonna be JR standing.. Fall semester iam lookin at Physics I, Biochem, LIt, and Russian History.. In the spring semester I got MCAT so I figure make my schedule easy?? Physics II, Philosophy: Normative ethics and maybe a cushy class like ecology, boost my sci GPa a bit..

Starting senior year :horns:

Thermo&Kinetics w/lab (4)
Biochem w/lab (4)
Senior Bio Seminar/ Independent Research / Thesis (4)
Senior Chem Seminar (0)
Senior Honors Seminar (1)

13 credits. 😀

Its going to be either my Jr. or Sr. year....guess i'd better decide soon:

Crazy schedule next quarter so maybe i'll drop one...

Food Microbiology (w/ 2x2hours labs/week)
Microbial Genetics (w/ 2x2hours labs/week)
Physics - electricity and magnatism (w/ short easy lab)

and to top it off I think i'm going to do a biochem minor....so add the first class in the year long biochemistry for majors sequence to that list. The really hard part is going to be finding time for research sometime in there.

I finagled Thursdays off this fall, but in reality, I'll be spending most Thursdays in the lab. Still, it's not class. 😀

Senior year...hoo-rah.
I'm taking Microbiology, PChem (chem major, yay), Medical Sociology, choir, and Differential Equations (math minor, ugh ugh ugh). Not easy, but better than this semester by far.

Junior Year next year (17 credits):

Neurobiology (3)
Physics w/ Lab (4)
Genetics (3)
Social Psychology (3)
Neuroscience Seminar (1)
Psychology Research- 10 hrs/week (3)

And all I can think about is that after May 9th, I am done with Chemistry forever! (Well, except that pesky MCAT and biochem). God, I wish I had classes only two or three days a week...I have class five days a week. 🙁

sophomore year

genetics
genetics lab
organic 1
orgo lab
european history
health&society class

PM me and let me know how med. sociology goes...our school offers that and ive been interested; however, i cant seem to find anyone here who has taken it

I'm a transfer student, and I'll be starting my junior year. This is pretty much the way my schedule looks now, I'm going to meet with my advisor in a couple of weeks to make sure everything is in order.

Organic I or II (I took Orgo I and made a C in it so I'm still debating whether I should take it over again)
Calculus based Physics I
Calculus I
Leadership
Philosophy
Divisional Seminar
World Geography

i'll be a junior next year. i already registered for my classes, although it is likely to change. as it stands:
biochem 1
instrumental chem (lecture plus lab)
cell bio
russian 1
intro to ethics
and a one credit guitar class.

the good thing is i only have cell bio on thursdays, the closest i'll ever get to a day off.

but, i'm probably going to end up dropping russian and guitar so i can do research for 4 credits. hopefully i'll be able to, if all goes as planned.
