hey everybody, i was wondering if could get some advice about what else i can do to increase my chances of matching derm...here's a brief bio...

3rd year of 5-year md/mba program
top 15 med school
basic science grades: lots of passes and a few high passes
clinics so far: medicine - pass
step I - 239/97
i plan on doing research starting now

what else can i do? i know my grades aren't the best and my board score is average for derm, but i'm still willing to take my chances and since i have some time, i'd like to increase those as much as possible.
