What equations should we know where it's initial minus final?

This may be stupid but for memorization purposes I'm trying to compile any noteworthy equations or situations where delta X= initial-final as opposed to the usual final-initial. Does anyone mind listing them here? Thanks

The only equation I can recall is calculating enthalpy using bond energies (deltaH = Bonds Broken - Bonds formed).
