what exactly counts as science LoR?

I have a very strong letter from a professor who taught an intro to neuroscience class, however, all neuroscience classes at my school are under the psych department. Would this count as a science LoR?

Also, would a PI I worked under in a biochem lab for 4 years at my university's medical school, and also took some research credits under a biology prefixed class for count as another science LoR?

these two letters are my strongest and I want to include them wherever possible. I have a chemistry professor LoR, but i don't think it's strong at all and could be on the weaker side.

Most schools want 2 science LoRs and 1 non-science LoR, so I really want to use the above two for the 2 science ones.

The neuroscience prof should pass most requirements. The research one is not as certain since schools want professors to evaluate your skills in the classroom and academic readiness for med school; I would check out the websites of schools you're applying to to see if they have more information, and include all 3 science letters at schools which allow 4+ letters.
