What exam equipment to bring for CS?

Couldn't find another thread on this and was wondering what I should bring for Step II CS.

I'm thinking I should pack:

Stethoscope
Penlight
Tuning forks (for vibro and hearing testing)
Cotton swabs in package (I use these for sensory testing and can break them for pinprick)
Eye chart
Neuro exam reference
Reflex hammer

Will there be ophthalmoscopes and otoscopes in the rooms? How about tongue depressors? Anything else I will need?

You are only allowed to bring your stethoscope and a white coat. They provide the rest.

Do they have a panoptic ? or just a regular opthalmoscope?
