What GPA and DAT scores are considered "good"?

I'm not even in college yet but I was looking at some scores and I'm not too sure.

What GPA and what DAT scores would get you into a good dental school? Not something that would make you the cream of the crop but not something that would make you look incompetent. Just something in the middle.

3.5 GPA and 20 DAT is a solid pair.

Yeah, 3.5 is a good avg GPA and 19-21 is becoming the average DAT scores for most schools. Scary...

Since you aren't even in college yet, these number might change. The competition could become just as tough as med school numbers, or it could go down. Keep that in mind. Do the best you can, dont slack off, yet dont become a shut in, go out have fun, enjoy college. develop a personality, it will show at the interview.
