What happens if I get a mediocre grade last semester undergrad

I am a senior top-20 school and was recently accepted to Goucher and have accepted. I am at 3.84 gpa and have a couple of B's on my transcript. What happens with some of these competitve postbacc programs if you suddenly get a C or C+ in one class your last semester senior year? Do you get the boot - kind of concerned since I don't feel I can do well.
