What happens if you laugh out in a patient encounter in CS? I have pseudobulbar affect, what happens if I laugh out in a patient encounter during CS? Should I take the risk to write this test or delay it until improvement in condition which is uncertain?

Do whatever has allowed you to pass all of your rotations so far. If it were that bad then someone would have noticed by now.
