So at my first institution I didn't do so well. I've done a lot better since I transferred two years ago. Anyways I failed one class and never retook it at the institution. So if I take the same class at my new institution will I replace the old F when i'm applying DO? I believe it's the same class but my current university has it down as a 4 credit class the class I failed was a 3 credit class.

I had the exact same question!
It does not matter if the course has a different name though? (For example, if the course's name in the new institution is "Biology 1" and in the old institution it was "Intro to Molecular Biology")
