What happens on a regional visit? (CVS)

What exactly happens on a regional visit? My store was lucky enough to get picked as one of the 3 stores to visit. I'm guessing it's different from a store visit by the pharmacy supervisor.

Are they going to grill me about metrics?

Depends on your store, it’s all about MSH. Either a lot of high fives or wtf is going on in here. RM will drill the sup if the sup is not prepared and in turn the Sup will drill you if you make them look bad

I've seen the RM visit a few times. It was really no different than a DM visit, except there were 2 of them. The DM and RM were close friends and the whole visit was just a big circle jrk. They will give a few stupid suggestions and the PIC pretends that they are fantastic ideas.

If your store sucks then I can imagine they will try to lecture/motivate everyone.
