To those of you who have already taken the DAT, please help clarify a few things:

1) Are calculators allowed?
2) Are periodic tables provided?
3) Is scratch paper provided?
4) How is the room set-up?
5) How do they monitor people?

Additionally, this is just a shot in the dark, but to those taking the DAT in San Francisco, at 100 California St, what is the nearest BART station to get off of?

Thank you

Yes calculators are allowed of course.
Periodic tables are provided and paper.
Room is set up for group study.
hopefully you will schedule when others are taking the DAT so you can work together.
They dont monitor people. Just turn test in after done. I took 6 hours.

good luck!

OK, that's what I figured. Other than the paper part, right?
I thought they do provide scratch paper. 😕

yea, they give paper and pencil...you just need to bring to forms of ID, ie. drivers license and credit card (both need signatures)

OK, cool. I'm not taking the DAT for a couple of years, but I was just curious. 😀

Oh, is a periodic table available on the computer at least? Or do you just have to memorize it? :meanie:
