Does anyone know what if a school doesn't accept a course because it was taken past an acceptable time, and one retakes that course, would the school most likely average the old and new grades together or only take the grade of the current class taken and use that one in averaging of ones GPA?

It depends on the school since all schools calculate gpa's differently. I think most schools will only look at your latest grade but some might average the grades. You should call the schools that u're applying to and ask them. Goodluck :luck:
