What If GPA on Application & Transcript Don't Match? Help!

hi all,

so i sent out my apps for postbacs a few days ago, and i ordered my transcript to be sent out yesterday. however, i'm afraid that the processing may take some time and they might send it out as my current semester grades are put in the system, one by one. this would, of course, not match up with my application gpa (in fact, my gpa might be a bit lower this semester).

would this hurt my chances? would it come off as lying? please, some insight would be greatly appreciated! 🙁

Your application should be dated and signed. There was probably a place for you to put current or future courses. So no, it's not lying.

Having a lower GPA will hurt your chances though.
