When would my app be sent to these newly added schools since it was already sent to all the other schools I've applied to? Would it be frowned upon by the other schools that I added a couple more schools after I already submitted? What do you guys think?

For those that are experienced, how would you compare Nova to schools like BU/NYU/Tufts? Where would you go first?

no, it's no problem. i added penn and michigan about 1 month after i submitted my app. penn was actually my first interview too. none of the schools care, and nothing was ever mentioned to me about it.

oh and i liked nyu and tufts...didn't like bu. didn't go to nova, but i hear good things about it and the weather is always great, so...

but im thinking about adding it after my app has already been sent to the schools. this would be a bit different from ur case because all of the schools you applied to (original and added) probably all went out together right?

its no problem adding schools after you have already submitted, you just have to pay a little more.
Schools dont care if you add them latter on, since they are getting money out of it.

Add the schools, and hope you get in.

no, my app was already sent out at the time when i added schools. then it took another 3 weeks to send it out to the newly added schools. like i said they don't care. and it was after i read up on the schools a bit that i decided to add them...it's not too late to add anything at this point.

a side note though, i think i applied to too many schools that i wasn't really considering, and i just applied there bc i heard things about them. apply to places that you want to go to, and consider. no sense in wasting tons of money applying to places you wouldn't really consider. so read up on the programs, on sdn, and get input before wasting hundreds of dollars to add schools.
