What if I flub the DAT? Do I have any chance? Going crazy!

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I think you have a chance at Boston and USC. they held my application pretty long last year even with my 15 rc 16 pat and aa 17. they rejected other people pretty fast. You seem down to earth so I think you'll go somewhere.

I wouldn't be too worried if I were you. You're probably just coming here to this board to look for reassurance and some circle-jerking on your stats, so here it is:

Your cGPA is high. Your DAT practice scores are all decent (high teens to low twenties), especially in your later Kaplan's prac tests and the ADA sample test.

I was having the same freakout you are having about a week before the test. Just think of it this way, even if you don't get stellar DAT scores, you'll still have a good shot of getting admitted this year's cycle. Don't go into the test thinking this is your one shot and if you blow it then your life is over. Think of it as just a practice exam that you want to give your absolute best on. And before you start the test, tell yourself: hey, if I don't do well, no big deal. I'll just retake it again and do even better.

Good luck!

honestly, with a week left, I would get off the computer and just study.
Worry about what schools you'll get into after you test. Honestly I'm sure it took you like 15 mins to write all of that and you could've picked up a point or two in the chem section with that time put toward studying lol.

I'm jk man, but stop slackin and hit the books. A wk is a long time.
