So what if I had a undergrad B.S degree in the U.S, I can apply to all of schools in the world with only MCAT ??

Do I need to take other exams to appy for UK, Ireland, Australia, or Newzealand medical schools (Graduate Entry) ?

I'm not sure how it goes in the countries you listed, so take my post with a grain of salt.

Many countries don't use the US system of "Pre-med". That is, in many countries you get enrolled to medical school directly where you take first 2-3 years of basic science, then 2-3 years of clinical clerkships. It's all in one program.

Your B.S may exempt you for some basic science courses like Biology, Chemistry..etc.

For Australia, as a US citizen applying for Graduate Entry, the MCAT is fine.

The MCAT is an American test and as such, is *probably* only accepted at schools, like those in Oz, which have a large international contingent. I would expect it to be used at very few other places. Why should they? It wasn't designed by them.

Therefore, check out other schools as for admission requirements which most likely don't include the MCAT.

Do 5 years programs in UK and 4 years graduate entry programs in AU require MCAT ?

Or its ready to go with a bachelor of science. 😀

The only 5-year British program accepting the MCAT (when I last checked) was University of Edinburgh. Most British medical schools have their own exam (UKCAT, GAMSAT, BMAT etc).

Do the 5 years cources in UK look your high school marks or college marks when I apply with a B.S degree from the U.S ?
