I don't really like Ben Affleck but I have to say this was really a good performance, and you know what was the best thing he said:
"ACT AS IF".
That's it ladies, the most important and meaningful statement of Ben Affleck's existence: ACT AS IF!
In medicine you have to act as if you own the hospital and everyone is working for you.
Never show weakness and never hesitate.
If you can do that you will be successful, I guarantee it.

When I was 23 years old with ZERO post high school education, I made 16,000 in one month selling cars. It took a couple years to get good at it, but the next month I quit, because of sales meetings just like this. Looking back I think he might have watched that clip prior to every one of em.
