What if SDN left us????

I was having a horrible time logging onto the site for the last half an hour or so. I kept thinking, "oh **** oh ****..." when I realized that this is exactly what happened before interviewfeedback.com went offline.

So, in lieu of this ...I was wondering--have the administrators thought about backing up the whole thing and reserving a new name JUST IN CASE this happens to our little happy family on SDN?? It would be horrible to lose such an important resource, and I am feeling really paranoid every time the server is down or slow, I think SDN is gonna leave us just like interviewfeedback.com.

Anybody has any comments? Suggestions? Perhaps we should tell the admins that they should think about it. GO SDN!!

Good news. After much review of code, I've found and corrected the reasons the forums have been so slow over the past few weeks. I've made some changes that should really speed things up. You should notice an improvement starting this Friday.

And have you considered publishing a book of some best, most informational threads on SDN and then selling them? Well-to-do, ambitious premed students might be interested in buying it...
