I was wondering what would happen if you got a preliminary medicine spot but did not get a position in a PM&R program? What have people in this position done in the past?

I was wondering what would happen if you got a preliminary medicine spot but did not get a position in a PM&R program? What have people in this position done in the past?

You can intern and reapply with a 'gap' year.
You can intern and then go into medicine.l
You can look for empty slots that coincide with year track to open up and apply for those.
