What if after I graduate, my cGPA will be around a 3.5 but my sGPA will be around a 3.98 (I'm a nursing major and am almost done with my prereqs and have 1 more year left before graduation. One more class and it looks like I have a 3.98 sGPA but my cGPA is going down because nursing classes are well...difficult).

Will my chances plummet on getting into a top 20 school because of this? Should I take a postbacc program or something or does it not matter because the sGPA is solid? Considering dropping out of nursing because I have no yearn to be a nurse but I have only 1 more year left and have completed all my prereqs for med school except 1 anyway
