That MCAT shows potential, the EC's show your are not self-absorbed and the great LOR's show you know how to get along with people.

Apply to your state school. As long as you are not in KALEFORNEAH it will be your best bet.

I'm with hello-kitty-with-the-afro on this one. I think you've gotta shot.

I think this would be a case where some subtleties might throw you in either direction. For example was you 3.1 to 3.2 from electrical engineering at MIT, or did you have a 1.5 followed by three semesters of a 3.8, and so forth. With an application like this you've got the juice, but are you lazy and unfocused over time? Keep in mind a 43 is intergalactic nerd power.--Ben.
