I know it’s not all about GPA and MCAT plays a huge role but I’m a 3rd year student with a 3.63 and I’m kind of nervous about that not being good enough for MD

Even then, you're going to have a baaad time. Take it from me who has a 3.5 and schools aren't exactly tripping over themselves to send me a II.
Edit: I'd like to clarify that 3.6 is fine. Just work on having a positive trend and you should be fine. I'm at work right now but I believe the average is 3.6 for applicants.
That really depends on your residency status, ethnicity, MCAT score, grade trend (i.e. do you have an increasing grade trend?), and many many other things. My rule of thumb though is to get both science and overall GPAs to be above 3.0 so you won't get screened out, and try to get as close or higher to your target schools as possible. Last year matriculation data was around 3.7 GPA
I wouldn't put much stock into generalizations about GPA confined in a vacuum. I would focus on having the best application you can that sincerely reflects your desire to become a physician. Having a cohesive, interesting narrative goes a long way.
Your GPA right now is fine for MD, just make sure to not neglect the MCAT.
