What is a solid Step 1 score?

I was arguing with some one about this and I think anything above a 230 is a solid step score, she strongly disagrees, please post your vote in the poll below!

Higher is better..250+ and your step 1 score will not close any doors and may actually open some...230+ and you are competitive for most specialties. Really depends on your goals and specialty choice.

Good just depends on what your residency goals are. I want rads, so I'm aiming 240+. A lot of my classmates want FM/peds, which basically requires you to pass. Nothing wrong with that either.
 
Depends. On SDN, 300. For everyone else, anything 230+ is good enough to have a great chance of matching somewhere (besides the most competitive specialties like ortho, plastics, derm, etc). NRMP is a great place to gauge the range you want to aim for.
