Is it a 220? 230? Just wondering. Lets say if someone wants to match a reasonable residency like IM, PMR, Psych, EM.

Lets say PMR or Psych?Loaded question.
Obviously higher score > lower score.
Check charting outcomes for specialty specific scores, a great score for one might be a garbage score for another.

Well those places have average step 1s within the vicinity of 224-227. So I guess one should focus on other parts of one's application now, like high quality LORs, ECs, etc.Do you know how to look up charting outcomes? You should probably start there and come back if you have any further questions.

I'm just wondering if one have a reasonable chance of getting interviews or matching with a step 1 of 230.
thats not a peasant score.. a peasant score is what I use to get back when I was a scrub in step 1 studying like 200s or 190s. but 220 is not bad.Yes.
really the magic number for most non surgical fields is actually a 220 providing you aren’t geographically limited. I know that’s a peasant score on sdn, but it’s fine IRL.
