What is considered as a Post-Bacc?

Is a Master's Program in Microbiology or Medical Sciences considered a post-bacc? I always thought post-bacc programs do not give you a higher degree in education (say M.A. or M.S.).

A post-bac is a student who already has a bachelor's degree that is taking undergraduate courses.
