What is difference between SOMA conference and AMSA conference??

What are the Spring 2010 dates? What activities do both include and what makes each different... I know its DO vs. MD but still like I mean what does AMSA do that SOMA doesn't and vice-versa....also SOMA does DO Day on a Hill...what is that?
