What program is MUSC?

Can someone give me a solid list of middle tier programs that are strong, yet not so high profile in the south?

MUSC is medical University of South Carolina in Charleston....

As for middle tier residency programs in the south, kinda depends what you mean, but this is how an advisor broke it down for me


TOP TIER:
Vanderbilt
Duke
UNC
UVa
Alabama-Birmingham


Next Tier
Wake Forest
Tulane
MUSC
Emory
MCV (Medical College of Virginia)


We didn't go through many other schools -- but he recommended looking at board pass rates to help consider programs...I don't know if these are higher tier than you were looking for.
