Your research and community service are great. Your MCAT score is superb. You don't specify your clinical experience in hours, duration, or quality, so I can't comment. The shadowing is likely fine. You mention no leadership. Your GPA is mediocre, but not horrible, and the MCAT helps to compensate. Yes you have a shot at California schools, but that doesn't mean you don't need to apply broadly to improve your chance at an acceptance somewhere.
