Grading is % for the first two years and HP/P/F for the clinical rotations although there is some discussion about giving % grades for the clinical years as well.

first two years-- % with 70% passing. Most people have no problem passing. Only 12 people (out of 180) failed one class during my year.

clinical years 3 & 4--Honors/pass/fail based only on your evaluation. There is a test after each core rotation (IM, PEDS, etc.) but this will not effect your grade unless you fail but the test is a big joke if you ask me (they give you the answers ahead of time).
