So the big show is in exactly a week from today and I just wanted to confirm that the testing center provides everything necessary for the test (white boards, markers, eraser). All I need to bring is layers of clothes, snacks, and my brain right?

Definitely just wait till 5 minutes before your test then go to the bathroom right before you go in especially if you have caffeine in your system!
