What is that piece of paper you get after you complete the MCATS?

My friend was telling me about the exam and told me afterwards he got some paper with the signature and stamp of the testing center on it. Does anyone have further information on this paper? Do you get it even if you decide not to score the exam? thank you

It says thanks for completing the test. Your scores will be available in 30 days. Tells you the site to head for release that info - amcas website.

Then states if you chose to void your exam no further action is needed.

And it reminds you of the MCAT examinee Agreement and where you can locate info on prohibited acts -> MCAT essentials.

States your registration ID on the bottom.
Then your last name.
Then your first name.

To the bottom right your date and some numbers are handwritten by the proctor.

Thats all. So yes you receive one even if you void.
