MD What is the best way to learn biochem for step 1? Exam in 2.5 weeks

Any recommendation would be great. I found BNB a little bit dense and long but is it still worth it at this point for me?

Honestly BnB is gon a be one of your best bets. You can look over Anking but you won't have enough time for the tool to make a huge difference. Doing practice problems is gonna help drive some facts into your brain but it's crunch time so I'd prioritize the highest yield biochem topics

Another vote for BnB biochem. Teaches in such a way that doesn't require brute memorization. It makes sense...at least for me it did. Reviewed BnB biochem the week before Step 1. Pretty sure I didn't miss a single biochem question on Step 1. Although, tbh there weren't many of them.

Can't speak to dirty medicine for biochem but the ethics section is definitely on point.
 
I took step 1 many many years ago, but I used First Aid for mnemonics and USMLEWorld for practice questions. There are just so many facts, I couldn't get by without mnemonics...
