What is the END of YEAR SHELF like?

Does the end of the year shelf cover surg, obgyn, peds, psych, IM? What about family med, is it incorporated into IM. How is the end of year shelf different than the USMLE Step II? Is it harder or more detailed? If someone who has taken it could give more detail that would be great. Are there any practice test?

You should ask someone at your school.

I may be wrong, but I didn't think the NBME offered a comprehensive shelf. We took the individual shelf exams from NBME at my school, but there was no comprehensive exam at the end of the year.
