Graduate from a US or Canadian dental school.

Pass the national boards

Pass the CDCA ADEX exam

Pass the Florida ethics exam

By passing the national boards, do you mean the INBDE? I will be taking the INBDE before my DDS as that is a requirement for foreign-trained dentists.
