I've seen a few patients with these, all of them placed in Mexico. The lingual is all metal.

this would be easier if you had a lingual image. Looks like a stainless steel crown with a facial cutout and composite fill. Complete with gingival irritation. Nothing says quality like stainless steel. The composite on #9 needs some finishing.

I believe they are also called Basket crowns.
 
You mean that wasn't custom made and cemented ontop of an equisitely prepped tooth with margins so good that it's almost impossible to detect them with the sharpest of explorers??? 😉 :laugh:

Usually it looks like they took a crown that was made for a tooth prepared with a circumferential 1.5mm 90 degree shoulder and then wedged onto a tooth with no prep at all.
