In my opinion, I'd say your application is complete, the admissions process will continue till the class is full, and the admissions committee will meet periodically to discuss your applications, then make decisions accordingly.

Why would the lie to you? I'm sure they have no problem sending out rejections if you had no chance of getting in. Obviously the chances aren't great at this point, but take the email for what its worth. I doubt theyre lying.

heheheh... I guess you are right Danny. The thing is that the wait is killing me and I thought maybe I have heard the news already but in a not-so-direct manner. It is 3:00 am, am I making any sense at all?!!😉

This late in the game, I would probably say that your app didn't make the cut the 1st, or maybe even 2nd round. Therefore, they might still have space open, or might be holding some apps in the cycle for a waitlist?

If you truly want to attend said school no matter what, and are willing to do anything to do so, maybe you should send them a letter stating that? VERY WELL WRITTEN OF COURSE.
