As a good rule of thumb--any answer that doesn't make you look terrible.

Procrastination is a joke, as is perfectionism. You didn't even answer the question with one of those. But, "sometimes, I flip my $hit" probably is the answer that keeps you out.

Answer it, as honestly as you can, try to find your true weakness. But, if you think you have anger issues, don't share it.

I'd make then/than number 2. You can end up saying some messed up chiz if you mix those two(vs to vs too 😉). Don't forget there/their/they're! Oh, English 🙂

But really, I never got this question in an interview. I suspect that most people (including myself) would say something about procrastination and/or perfectionism. It's not the best answer, but it's not a horrible one either.
