What journal to submit to?

I've used pubshub before and like it but I was wondering if there's a better website that is used to find appropriate journals for manuscript submissions?

A lot of the other major publishers have similar tools too.

I'd also recommend looking at the references that you collected with your lit review. Which of your references do you think are most similar to your paper based on scope and impact? The journals where those papers were published would be a good place to start.
