What Kind of Cases You Saw??

Hey, for those who recently took Step III, what kind of cases have you been seeing. Not asking for specifics. Just the types of topics they are testing on. Very general routine stuff, or also some less common diagnoses?

I'm going to ask that people responding to this thread not post anything specific like the diagnoses they made...

To answer the question, all but one were bread-and-butter cases I probably saw as a medical student, and the last one was an easy "boards favorite" sort of disease with obvious presentation. IM, Surgery, Peds, OB/Gyn, Psych all covered.
