I did some Googling to try and find the answer so I couldn't. If there's any obvious site I missed, please let me know.
I've seen people talk about how they've felt uncomfortable post-interview from the questions they've been asked, which makes me wonder, what are they asking?

Thanks in advance.

I really have no idea but I would think that the person would keep upping the ante and making it seem like you gave a "wrong answer". Here's how I would imagine it:

"Two patients arrive simulaneously, both are in critical condition and need immediate surgery. There is only one OR and you are the only surgeon for 300 miles. One patient is 20 and one is 60. Which do you take to the OR?"

So you say the 20 year old. The interviewer tells you that the 60 year old is a faculty member of the local university or a beloved family medicine doc very respected in the community. Do you flip flop?
If you say the 60 year old, the interviewer tells you that the 20 year old is 8 months pregnant. Do you flip flop? Now they tell you that the pregnant person had a blood alcohol twice the legal limit and caused the accident involving the 60 year old. Now what? And the two are mother and daughter! Did you see that coming? Now what? Hurry up, they are both bleeding to death while you are making up your mind....

“How many churros do they sell in San Antonio during the western conference finals. Tell me how you go your answer. No calculator.”
Well I don’t know what a churro is, but it sounds vaguely Hispanic and I know that there is a large Hispanic population in San Antonio. I also don’t know what the western conference is, but going based on typical sporting events I will say there are 60,000 attendees. Based on this information, I will say 1/2 of the attendees are either Hispanic or appreciate Hispanic (food?) and they each get three churros so somewhere around 75,000 churros.

That is my answer. Did I do good?

Wrong. No NBA stadium out there holds 60,000 people. More like 22,000. Rejected. 😉

How would you decide between the two? What factors would most influence your decision? Ask these questions and get the information that you need before making a choice. You will be implicitly revealing your own value system through your questions and thought process. The bad answers in my opinion are those that appear knee-jerk and/or thoughtless. Of course, don't ask too many questions because otherwise both patients will bleed out. 😱

Quickly and consistently.
Before giving your answer, I would recommend a short pause and briefly channeling your inner thinker for dramatic effect.
