What kind of school to apply to after 1 year masters?

I noticed the thread that is talking about specific schools to apply to after SMP's...especially after the Georgetown SMP.
What about after a one year masters program?? Are any schools friendly to that? I am going to be going to the Tulane one-year masters program. Anyone else doing that or going to a one-year masters? I am sure I willl apply to all instate schools...3 of them in Louisiana I believe.
What schools to apply to after the program?
