What kind of Transcripts??

On the aamcas app, when you get to transcript requests, what choice did you guys pick for the type of transcript to be sent? There were choices like:
grades only
narrative evaluations with grades
etc. etc.

I don't understand what they mean by narrative evaluations

There are some schools that do not give letter grades. Instead the professor (or TA) writes a narration on how you did in the course. There are not many schools that do this, so if you get letter grades, this doesn't apply.
