My major was Microbiology for a while but then I switched to Biology just because I was gonna end up graduating faster (2 semesters earlier). Either one of those will do if you're planning on going to dental school someday 😳).

I majored in science and minored in economics, so I guess I've got it covered!

I actually majored in biomedical engineering, but if I did it again, I would have done business or accounting. It would have help me a ton more in all the other aspects of my life.

Major in what interests you instead of trying to impress dental schools because just about everyone is a bio major. You'll be taking more than enough bio classes in dental school anyway.

screw business... thats common sense. Do Feminist Studies major and a Photography minor.

Honestly, it does not matter as long as you cover your pre-reqs and do well in them. Then all recommended courses take as well. Most kids are bio, chem, engineering, because those majors naturally cover the pre-reqs.

You can major in whatever you want as long as you fulfill the requirements for admission.
