What makes rotation sites good?

I was wondering, I hear alot on this board about good rotation sites, and bad sites. What is this being judged on? Personally, I dont know much about it, but I would say a good site is a place where the experienced physicians are very much into teaching. But what else is there? Bed #? Size, patient socioeconomics? How do people judge sites?
